By using Globox (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our App.

We provide parcel delivery services through the App, and you agree to provide accurate delivery details (such as your address) to facilitate these services. You acknowledge that any delays or issues arising from inaccurate information may affect delivery times.
4. Payment
The App may offer in-app purchases or services. By making any purchase through the App, you agree to pay all applicable fees, including delivery charges, taxes, and any other costs that may arise.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, except where required by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App.

User Deletion

Effective Date: 25. 02. 2025.
At Globox, we respect your decision to control your data and account. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request account deletion by following these steps:
1. Request Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account by sending an email to office@globoxapp.com or through the settings in the App.
2. Data Deletion
Upon account deletion, we will remove all personal data associated with your account, including:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Time zone
Country
Zip code
Please note that deletion of your data may affect your ability to use the App or any features tied to your account.
3. Retention of Data
We may retain certain data for legal, security, or business purposes, even after you delete your account. For example, we may retain transaction data for accounting purposes, but this data will be anonymized.
4. Confirmation
Once your account deletion request is processed, we will confirm that your account has been deleted. You will no longer have access to your user account or any related services.
